Bacon Al Pastor (Now available in Slabs)

I am surprised that Al Pastor isn't illegal.  This is one of my favorite tacos that I first tried on a trip to Guadalajara Mexico.  Since that first taste 14 years ago, our friends bring (smuggle) bags of this magical meat, plus handmade tortillas, whenever they come to visit us.

So it is only natural that we found a way to turn this "ancient" Mexican treat into our latest bacon flavor.  Is this a taco you ask?  Well, that is up to you.  For now, it is just our favorite flavor when we make bacon sliders or as a side when we make Huevos Rancheros.
